Terms & Conditions

• Magalies BnB will not be liable for any losses, damage or injuries on the premises.
• When all guests are checking in, all rues are laid down by the owner or manager on duty.
• Always make sure your vehicle and your room are locked up if you are leaving, keep your belongings safe.
• No smoking in the rooms.
• No loud noise after 22h00.
• Any form of addition or alcohol misbehave we have the right to remove you from the premises without any refund on your stay with us.
• Always close the main gate when you leave.
• Never open the gate to strangers.
• Some of the rooms use solar electricity. It is important always to switch off all appliances if you are leaving for the day (we need to look after our precious batteries).

• During normal working hours the keys will be handed over to the guest after payment & administration. Special arrangements for key collection must be made for late arrivals.
• The cost for replacement of lost room keys and gate remotes or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of R200 Keys, R500 remotes, R800 locks replacement to be paid immediately.
• Cooking and sorting food in the rooms is not allowed.
• No cooking allowed int the microwaves.
• Always use the plastic plate cover when warming up food.
• Do not use flammables for heating, cooking or the like irons, candles ect, in the guest rooms or outside stoops without the consent of the guesthouse owner.
• Do not use quest rooms for business activities or for any purposes other than accommodation.
• All visits by friend of family must be arranged with management.
• Although the guesthouse management takes responsible steps to ensure the safety and security of all guest and their possessions, guest retain final responsibility for their own safety security.
• Access to the premises is controlled by management and right of admission is reserved.
• Do not leave valuables inside your car while it is parked. The Guesthouse cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any such articles while your car is parked.
• No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage.
• The barbecue may be used by prior arrangement at additional cost
• Keep the barbecue area clean.
• Never leave the barbeque unattended once it has been lit.
• Keep children away from open fires.
• When having a braai, be sure to practise good behaviour and make certain to extinguish your fire entirely when done.
• Magalies BnB will not be liable in any death or injuries on the premises.
• An adult must accompany children at all times.
• Magalies BnB or the owner does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables belonging to guests or visitors.
